Job description

Description The Health Services Supervisor will lead and manage the nursing team at Verland CLA. They will ensure effective communication, oversee health services for CLA individuals, and ensure compliance with medication administration, documentation, and treatment management. This role is critical for maintaining high standards of individual care and operational efficiency. Contributions: Caseload Management: - Maintains a caseload of CLA homes and individuals, ensuring compliance with healthcare appointments, medication management, treatments and all things healthcare relates Staff Management and Supervision: - Supervise and support CLA nursing staff, ensuring that the team provides optimal support to individuals. - Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to nursing staff and CLA team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - Educate and train new procedures or treatments related to the healthcare of CLA individuals Medication Administration Compliance: - Review proper administration of medications on caseload according to established protocols, ensuring individual safety and compliance with regulatory standards. - Oversee nursing staff to ensure all medica...
