We’re hiring a Water & Fire Mitigation Operations Manager to take full ownership of production. This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job — for someone who knows how to run crews, write strong Xactimate scopes, move jobs fast, and protect quality and margins. This role carries real responsibility and real expectations. If you’ve led from the field, built drying plans to IICRC standards, written and defended your own estimates, and held crews accountable — this is your opportunity to run it.
