Job description

You will be responsible for the leadership of the Business Development and Strategy group for our Sales and Service division. You will oversee Sales Associates who are beginning their careers in Sales and Service. You will develop a pipeline of exceptional sales talent and drive top of funnel pipeline growth. What you will do: Manage a team of Business Development and Strategy managers and their teams, responsible for the direct management of all Sales Associates at Bloomberg Industry Group Develop, manage and execute vision for our Sales Associate program Partner with the following teams to achieve commercial objectives; Training for all BLAUNCH skills development program execution; Enablement for lead generation campaigns and materials design and delivery; Operations for data, technology, and workflow solutions to maximize team efficiency; Sales Leaders for talent and business development.
