Description We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on marketing professional who loves bringing ideas to life visually and digitally, while also owning marketing execution across multiple locations You’ll be the go-to creative engine for the region —designing campaigns, managing content, and partnering with club leaders to drive membership, engagement, and community connection. You’ll also lead one team member focused on events, giving you the opportunity to grow your leadership skills without stepping away from the creative work you love. If you’re someone who enjoys working on-site , designing, writing, posting, building, and collaborating , this role is for you. Requirements: What you’ll actually do: - Design and produce weekly marketing assets (digital + print) that are ready to use in real time - Create, capture, and post daily social media content directly from club activity - Write and send weekly emails that drive engagement, programs, and membership Additional responsibilities: - Capture photo/video content in clubs and maintain a content library - Partner with fitness, aquatics, and membership teams to promote programs - Keep in-club marketing (signage, messaging) fre...
