Training is Monday - Friday - 10:00am to 6:30pm Training for this position will be conducted in person at the office in Eau Claire, WI. Starting pay for this position is $20.00 Required to work on-site for three months after completing training. Participating in the on-call rotation and some weekend shifts and are required. Post-training schedules vary, with the earliest scheduled start time at 9:30 AM and the latest end time at 8:00 PM. Training begins May 2026. Position Summary: The Customer Contact Center Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently responding to a wide array of complicated and complex issues.
