Requisition Number: 219526 Job Description: Cintas is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. Responsibilities include supporting the Accounts Payable Department and field locations with a range of moderately complex accounts payable transactions and report preparation, analysis and review in a timely manner; providing contributions to process improvements; independently identifying and providing solutions to problems and questions; develop, prepare and analyze spreadsheets and reports to track and/or monitor financial transactions and/or internal controls and procedures; posting data to financial systems and worksheets; conducting quarterly self-audits to verify reports and transactions; responding to complex and difficult inquiries that require more analyses and problem solving; actively participating in process improvement and department projects; leading projects and presenting results to Leadership and Accounts Payable Department as requested; training new or current employee-partners in work procedures and providing feedback to supervisors; assisting with assigning work and monitoring progress within the team.
