Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Responsible for the servicing and marketing of a book of business as assigned by direct manager. - Responsible for analysis of policy forms, complex and detailed coverage comparisons, identifying exposures and making appropriate recommendations to clients and assisting clients with understanding of policy coverages. - Responsible for renewing all assigned policies to ensure they are issued on a timely basis and in accordance with prescribed workflows. This includes detailed documentation in Epic system. - Knowledge and use of platforms such as EPIC, INDIO, CSR24 and Lineslip. - Responsible for monitoring management reports in Epic including Expiration Reports and other reports as assigned by Dept Manager. - Develops and maintains relationship with assigned commercial clients, including in depth coverage analysis, presentations to clients, analyzing risks and identifying exposures. - Direct and frequent involvement and negotiations with insurance company underwriters. - Training of other staff members as well as participation in training of new employees. - Reliance on extensive experience and judgement to plan and assist in accomp...
