Services will include intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations; individual, group, and family psychotherapy. Within the delivery of services, the provider will Assess clients' mental health status, abilities, and ongoing service appropriateness. Assist clients in developing and implementing individual treatment plans; regularly review and modify plans, focusing on achieving goals. Obtain insurance authorization and complete re-authorizations promptly. Communicate clients' needs with emergency personnel and hospital staff.
