Maintenance Planner - Level 1 - Baytown

Burrow Global is hiring an Entry level Maintenance planner for a long term assignment in Baytown, TX. This is an entry level position working in the maintenance planning department of our client organization. Candidates for this position must have no more than 1-3 yrs total experience working as a maintenance planner. Candidates must have strong computer skills and experience with CMMS software. Primary duties include reviews of P&ID drawings and asset data from capital projects and entering data into maintenance CMMS software. Other duties include assisting in the development of detail job plans by performing field walk downs based on scope of work to identify craft resources, equipment and material required to execute the work. Break scope items down into steps which can be progressed during execution. Assist in the procurement of required material/outside services. Enter all steps into a database. Notify the EPC planner when scope is complete and ready to be scheduled. Assist in monitoring progress of field activities.
