Job Title: Office Manager, Upward Bound Reporting Relationship: Director of Upward Bound Unit: IWU - Marion: Department: Upward Bound: Campus Location: Barnes Student Center - Marion, IN Summary of Position: Indiana Wesleyan University's Upward Bound (IWU-UB), is a federally funded program designed to provide potential first-generation and/or low income students in Marion and Mississinewa High Schools with academic skills and motivation necessary to succeed in their pre-college studies. The Upward Bound Office Manager is a motivated team-player responsible for the coordination and support of the general day to day administrative, clerical and operational tasks related to the Indiana Wesleyan's Upward Bound (IWU-UB) program.
