About the role: As a D365 Business Central Customer Support Consultant, you will be the point of contact to provide a cohesive experience for clients. You will be required to update customers on all stages of support calls, from logging, research, action plan, escalation to resolution and if required timely escalate to team leads or managers. An excellent line of communication must be upheld at all times with team members and clients to ensure the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate for this role will be an approachable and pro-active problem solver with a good understanding of Microsoft dynamics NAV/Business Central and related products.
