Role Overview: As the EMEA Retail Experience Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering solutions that enhance customer experiences in key retailers in EMEA (mainly UK, Nordics, France, Spain, Germany), partnering with HP and HP ARM teams to drive sell-out of our new HP AI PCs featuring ARM processors. Key Responsibilities: - Sellout management – key emphasis for this role. Lead and manage store-level sellout targets and processes for key HP/ARM SKUs, for both internal (local HP / ARM teams) and external (retail) partners. - ESF / Promoter management – support and monitor performance of 3rd party promoter teams deployed to above stores for the ARM initiative, to achieve sell-out targets. - Retail displays / POP – support and monitor in-store displays and POP execution & maintenance for the ARM initiative, and measure performance - Retail associate engagement & training – support and monito...
