Job description

Annual Base Salary Range: $220,000 - $275,000 VP, Solutions & Innovation is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for driving solution innovation, enterprise platform strategy, and client-centric transformation initiatives for EXL’s Payment Integrity (PI) Strategic Growth Unit. This role will focus on identifying emerging opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem and translating them into scalable enterprise solutions that leverage advanced analytics, AI, automation, and data platforms. The leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology-enabled healthcare solutions by designing differentiated offerings that address complex industry challenges. As a key driver of innovation and growth, this role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to incubate new solution concepts, develop enterprise platforms, and accelerate the commercialization of next-generation capabilities.
