Overview Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Windows 11 Deployment Technician to support an enterprise-wide device refresh and upgrade initiative. This is a contract opportunity supporting onsite deployment activities in Phoenix, Arizona. As a consultant you are eligible for some benefits. We are seeking experienced and professional Windows 11 Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale desktop and laptop refresh initiative. This role will focus on hardware replacement, Windows 11 upgrades, troubleshooting, and end-user support. Candidates must have prior Windows 11 upgrade experience and be comfortable working independently after initial training. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with onsite teams to minimize business disruption.
