Ramp Supervisor

Job description

The Ramp Supervisor oversees daily ramp operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and on-time servicing of aircraft. This role supervises ramp agents and coordinates aircraft ground handling activities including loading/unloading baggage, cargo operations, aircraft marshaling, and ground equipment management while maintaining strict compliance with FAA, TSA, airline, and airport regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Must be 18 years of age or older - HS Diploma or GED - Valid Driver's License - One (1) years of front-line ramp experience or similar role - Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a similar or related role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong leadership skills - Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: - Airline or airport operations experience - Leadership experience in the airline or airport operations experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Conduct training sessions on various topics, such as customer service, technical skills, compliance, or product knowledge - Manage the day-to-day operations within the primary area of responsibility for scheduling/staffing, managing daily...
