Specialist Building Automation I 2025-2026 - ( 260000DG ) Description Job Overview The Specialist Building Automation I will conduct preventive maintenance and assist senior level BAS Specialists in repair, installation, programming, commissioning and general servicing of systems. This incumbent will properly complete required projects and service documentation to ensure onsite customer service. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operational: - Perform system checkout and repairs and assist in automation systems startups for service installed jobs - Disassemble and reassemble instruments and all related equipment, using hand tools and inspect instruments and equipment for defects - Operate computers utilizing common word processing, spreadsheets and HVAC applications - Handle emergency service calls as directed during the day and after hours - Analyze and convert data, using mathematical formulas and report results to lead/supervisor Interpersonal Communication: - Manage assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction - Report problems or changes to senior technicians/leads/supervisors immediately - Communicate w...
