Production Operator - Temporary

Job description

Job Summary The Production Operator - Temporary will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products. Responsibilities: - Assembly products to customer requirements and company goals. - Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies. - Adhere to all company policies and rules. - Maintain a safe and clean working environment. - Perform Preventive maintenance/maintenance activities to support TPM. - Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system. - Support MRO Planner with daily activities. - Adhere to and support compliance to ergonomic guidelines. - Participate when required in PFMEA and work instruction reviews. - Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvements, etc.) - Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment. - Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies. - Support weekend and off-shift work as required. - Other duties as assigned. - Predictable and reliable attendance.
