About the role. The Multi-line Claims Specialist is accountable for executing accurate, efficient, and compliant claims handing that is rooted in world class service. We are seeking experienced multi-line Claims professionals with a passion for customer service and a proven record of success. The position encompasses the delivery of flawless service to our members and brokers partners. PURE’s Multi-line Claims Specialist is a key member of the overall Claims team and interacts heavily with Underwriting and Risk Management colleagues in Canada. The role with report directly to the VP, Canadian Zonal Claims Manager. What you’ll do. What we’re looking for. - Execute and/or coordinate the investigation, documentation, analysis and resolution of multi-line P&C field and desk adjusted claims. - Handle claims in a quality manner delivering on standards of accuracy, efficiency, customer service and regulatory compliance. - Proactively manage claim progressions and ensure impactful communications on claim status with members, brokers, and other stakeholders. - Operate within assigned authority for coverage determinations, claim resolutions, reserving & issuing payments for loss & loss adj...
