Deine Aufgaben Implico is transforming its consulting organization from implementation-led delivery toward an advisory-driven model. The Head of Process Advisory translates the CCO's strategic vision into concrete operating structures, team goals, and a working culture where high expectations and genuine autonomy go hand in hand. This is not a deep process expert role - but a solid SAP background is essential to earn credibility and lead effectively in this environment. Operating Model & Structures: - Translate consulting strategy into concrete processes: AI delivery, quality standards, business value engineering, Solution Quality Assurance - Build and evolve the frameworks that enable advisory-led delivery – Business Value Engineering (BE) Tooling, standard workshop formats, AI accelerator adoption, accelerator library - Close the gap between where the teams are today and where they need to be - deliberately and systematically Culture & Team Development: - Create a working environment built on high expectations and genuine autonomy - consultants own their work, their client relationships, and their growth - Introduce modern feedback structures: 360-degree feedback, peer reviews, t...
