Description The Post-Doc Position: The Puig Chair of Global Leadership Development at IESE Business School invites applications for a three-year Post-Doctoral position. The primary criterion for acceptance is research excellence in the field of Organizational Behavior/Strategic Leadership and an interest in studying topics related to Top Management Teams, leadership development, and employee well-being. Ideally the candidate will have some publications in top academic journals and a strong pipeline. The position will start ideally by September 2022; candidates should have finished their Ph.D. degree by the start date. This position will be responsible for conducting original research with the Chairholder Prof. Anneloes Raes, who will supervise the candidate’s work. This position is also expected to become actively involved in the IESE Business School intellectual communities by regularly participating in research seminars, brown bag presentations, etc. Teaching is not required.
