Performance Analyst Department: Performance: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Chelmsford - HQ: Compensation: £30,000 - £32,000 / year Description: Here at Marlborough we are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Performance Analyst to join our Performance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring both client-facing and internal reporting is delivered accurately and on time. Working across multiple contracts and closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for producing high-quality reports that provide clear insight into operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Client Monthly Performance Reporting (externally focused) Contract Performance Reviews (CPR) (internally focused) - Produce client facing monthly performance reports, showing how we have performed against the KPIs outlined in the contract.
