We are looking for an Event Operations Intern to support the planning and execution of events hosted at Norrsken House Barcelona. You will report to the Event Lead and collaborate with the Operations and Front of House teams to ensure events run smoothly and guests have a seamless experience. This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 08:30–12:30, and presence onsite at Norrsken House Barcelona. This internship requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months. What you’ll do: As an Event Operations Intern, you will support the full lifecycle of events, from preparation to execution and post-event reset. Your responsibilities include: Event preparation Help prepare event rooms, seating layouts, and materials.
