Technician will be responsible for monitoring and completing help desk duties and providing end-user support, monitoring network traffic and functions to help ensure a proactive resolution to network issues and maintain a high level of network security. I.T. Technicians will be responsible for maintaining telecommunications equipment and mobile devices.
