Senior Audiologist

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Audiologist to join our R&D department, contributing to the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge hearing solutions. You will bring hands-on audiological expertise and the ability to conduct listening tests across all stages of product development, from concept to launch. What you’ll do: As part of our collaborative R&D team, you will work closely with developers and engineers, providing audiological guidance that ensures our products meet the highest standards for sound quality and user experience. Your key responsibilities: Audiological Research & Testing: Design, conduct, and evaluate audiological studies with internal and external test participants. Product Development Support: Provide audiological expertise in developing innovative hearing aid concepts and operating principles. Verification & Documentation: Execute audiological verification activities, including systematic documentation and reporting. Cross-Functional Support: Offer audiological insights to Marketing, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders as needed.
