Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Airline Catering Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in Abby’s Catering’s aviation food safety and supply chain operations. This position oversees Custom Approved Storeroom (CASR) operations, receiving, storage, decanting, thawing, and internal distribution of dry, fresh, and frozen goods in full compliance with HACCP, FDA, GMP, CBP, TSA, and aviation catering standards. This role ensures inventory accuracy, strict product rotation (FIFO), Critical Control Point (CCP) monitoring, and regulatory compliance while leading a high-performance warehouse team in a 24/7 airport-regulated environment.
