About the Role As a security engineer at Kira, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive K-12 student data within our platform and you will help ensure that our database architecture, infrastructure, codebase and development practices are secure and reliable for all of our users. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the intersection of systems, privacy, and data security. You will architect, design and write backend systems for handling some of the most sensitive data in the education space.
