This involves oversight of the team’s testing portfolio including resource allocation, process needs assessment and development, and expanding scope of services and client base. The Manager, PCS may also be involved in performing ad hoc test lead and testing activity as required. The Manager will guide staff development through identifying skill needs, delegating tasks appropriately and motivating project staff to provide outstanding client service and high quality deliverables.
