Position Overview The System Director, Talent & Workforce Experience is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping, advancing, and sustaining the culture, capability, and experience of the United Health Services workforce. This role provides enterprise-wide leadership across a broad and interconnected portfolio: workforce engagement, organizational culture, organizational effectiveness, onboarding and new employee experience, retention, leadership and executive development, succession planning, system-wide learning — including Learning Council governance and mandatory learning compliance — and active partnership in UHS’s pursuit of ANCC Magnet Recognition. As a core member of the HR leadership team, the System Director serves as UHS's internal architect of culture change — translating organizational values (Compassion, Trust, Respect, Teamwork, and Innovation) into tangible workforce behaviors, leadership practices, and employee experiences.
