Job description

Duties and Responsibilities: - Operate milling equipment at optimum levels to ensure designated quality and extraction levels - Monitors regrind system and works with packaging personnel to keep the system running efficiently - Maintains Master Sanitation Schedule and HACCP documentation for assigned area of responsibility - Perform duties and responsibilities of the Grain Receiver/Loader position on an as-needed basis - Partner with company leadership to proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of: safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation - Other duties, as assigned Education and Experience Required: - Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution - Must successfully complete IAOM correspondence course in Milling Science within one year of beginning role as Mill Operator Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: Physical Requirements: Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation: - Excellent written, oral and computer skills - 2+ years in manufacturing environment with wheat milling experience preferr...
