Your Role: As the Distribution Supervisor for our Allentown, PA site, you will lead the daily operations and personnel of a fast-paced distribution center. You will be responsible for setting clear performance standards, mentoring your team, and driving the operational excellence needed to meet our site goals. Beyond people leadership, you will ensure the facility operates with total integrity by maintaining strict compliance with all company procedures and government regulations—including ISO, GMP, OSHA, DEA, and DOT. This is a high-impact role where your ability to balance operational efficiency with safety and regulatory standards is key to our success in the Life Sciences industry.
