Become a part of our caring community We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Business Intelligence Lead to join our CenterWell – Primary Care Organization (PCO) Analytics Team. The Business Intelligence Lead operates with a high level of autonomy, guiding business intelligence products from concept through delivery. The Business Intelligence Lead ensures reporting solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards and user experience principles. This is an individual contributor role. Strategy, Design & Architecture: - Lead the design and development, and ongoing evolution of Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models with a focus on usability, clarity, and visual storytelling. - You will define best practices for Power BI data modeling, including star schema design, DAX optimization, and scalable semantic layers. - You will promote data visualization design principles, accessibility standards, and UX guidelines across the BI portfolio. - Architect efficient, reusable, and scalable BI solutions that support growing data volume and evolving business needs.
