Position Overview: To provide comprehensive consultative insurance guidance and grow the local delivery of insurance services within assigned area. To act as an experienced auto, home, life, and annuity insurance agent in the designated territory. To engage personnel across all business lines and work collaboratively to establish effective referral processes and ensure member holistic financial planning needs are met. Essential Responsibilities: - (35%) Responsible for life and personal lines insurance policy delivery as a member facing Insurance Specialist within SECU locations and manages member relationships to determine proper insurance product placement and service delivery. - (35%) Utilizes SECU technology, marketing campaigns, lead platforms, and member branch visits to achieve daily activity levels that align with branch/territory/region insurance productivity benchmarks. - (15%) Develops a good understanding of all financial advisory solutions to coordinate and engage with other specialists as needed to assist with complex scenarios and ensure member needs are being m...
