Change the world. Love your job. TI’s Law Department is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and proactive self‑starter to join our Worldwide Commercial Engagements team as Legal Counsel. You will operate in a fast‑moving, global environment supporting a cutting‑edge and expanding semiconductor company, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders across TI. You will join an experienced, collaborative Dallas‑based legal team. The role offers broad, international exposure to complex commercial contracts, online commerce, intellectual property, open‑source and software licensing, supply chain, marketing, crisis communications, and cybersecurity. Experience with technology licensing, tech transfer, or IP‑intensive transactions is a plus. We are looking for agile learners and true go‑getters —attorneys who take initiative, anticipate issues, and independently drive matters to completion. You will manage your own portfolio, apply strong business judgment, and work across an international team to advise on emerging and evolving business models.
