In this role, the Machinist will independently interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and other technical data to determine tooling needs, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods and sequences. While the regular schedule is second shift, new hires will complete 3–6 months of training on first shift to ensure a strong foundation for success.
