Job description

Position Title: Associate College Chaplain. Department: College Ministry. Classification: Exempt. FTE: 1.0. Work Schedule: Flexible work arrangements can be proposed and are subject to approval by HR and relevant supervisors. Work Location: On Campus. Salary Range: $56,000 - $63,000. - September – May : anticipate working 40-50 hours per week, including Sunday mornings, actual schedule varies each day; evening and weekend hours required for special events; travel up to 5% of the work schedule, which includes local (Twin Cities metro area) and national travel; overnight trips average 1-2 trips per year. - June – August: Anticipate working 25-30 hours per week (with flexible vacation time), typically between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., as well as occasional evening hours required for special events; some weekends required for conferences and special events.
