Overview Social Worker - Substance Use Disorder Dardanelle Regional Medical Center: Dardanelle, AR: The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Social Worker provides therapeutic services to clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The Social Worker is responsible for conducting assessments, facilitating group and individual counseling, creating treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role also includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support clients in achieving their recovery goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Care: - Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to clients enrolled in the IOP. - Collaborate with clients to identify recovery goals and track progress. - Address co-occurring mental health conditions and provide crisis intervention as needed. - Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with 42 C.F.R.
