This role requires extensive expertise in KYC/AML processes, combined with the ability to provide functional leadership and team coordination , while ensuring consistent application of regulatory standards across geographies. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of KYC/AML experience , with a strong understanding of AML regulatory frameworks and hands‑on exposure to multi‑geography operations .
