Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Vail Administration Building - Vail, CO 81657Salary Range: $23.96 - $33.55 HourlyJoin the Meter Services team at Eagle River Water & Sanitation District as a Seasonal Utility Services Coordinator to help keep our metering and AMI program running smoothly and accurately. This seasonal role is designed to support and back up the full-time coordinators by handling routine coordination, customer communication, and recordkeeping tasks while learning our systems and procedures. You’ll help keep work moving, keep customers informed, and keep data clean to supporting accurate billing, reliable service, and a great customer experience. The Day-to-Day: Customer-focused communication: Explains processes clearly and professionally; helps customers schedule meter-related appointments, understand next steps, and know what to expect; escalates complex questions as needed and coordinates and directs emergency calls to the appropriate personnel.
