Manufacturing Technician - 00133819 Description Job title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Towcester - this role will be 3 days per week on site with a shift allowance included Salary: £31,080 and a 14% shift allowance What you’ll be doing: The successful candidate will, through the use of defined manufacturing processes and current production plant and equipment, produce a variety of standard products to an agreed production schedule. Likely tasks include: Your skills and experiences: - Use of plant and equipment to compound and press Rubber and Resin based sheet materials - Use of Plant and equipment to produce Resin based products - Manufacture of Composite component and shapes through the use of Resin Pre-impregnated fabrics - Spraying advanced coatings onto composites Essential: Desirable: - A desire to work with a variety of tools and products - Able to work both as part of a team and autonomously when required - Previous experience (academic or industrial) working with polymers or composites. - Previous experience (academic or industrial) in spraying operations - Level 2 Qualification in Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering related disciplines (or alternative...
