JOIN OUR TEAM: As Director Retail Stores & Partner Channels , you will spearhead and scale one of Westwing's most important and strategic business initiatives - leading the expansion of our physical presence into one of our strongest growth drivers for the next decade. You will identify strategic priorities and drive brand experience while delivering significant customer and P&L upsides. In this role, you will make our brand and products physically experienceable, bridging the gap between digital discovery and real-world inspiration while driving a holistic omnichannel strategy. You will lead and build a world-class, customer-driven Stores organisation of currently ~70 people and define the right store strategy and concept for our success. Your mission is to establish the foundation to expand our Stores network while ensuring clear accountability for store economics, and scaling our partner channels.
