Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, Analytics, this role sits within the Performance & Reward team, a dynamic and collaborative group delivering insights and analytics that inform high‑impact performance and reward programmes. As Reward Analytics Manager you will lead with influence, be the go-to subject matter expert for SQL and Power BI, shaping how performance and reward data is governed, interpreted, and used across the business. You’ll design and maintain robust reward analytics databases and dashboards, set clear standards, and reinforce strong governance and protocols.
