Program Manager - Moroka Location: Ravenhall Correctional Centre Grade: RPN5 Full time The Moroka Program Manager is an integral part of the Ballerrt Yeram-boo-ee Forensic Mental Health Services leadership team operating from the Ravenhall Correction Centre. The Moroka Program is aimed at addressing the needs of prisoners/patients with complex and challenging behaviours associated with mental illness through the provision of specialist assessment, mental health care and treatment and behavioural interventions. The Moroka Program consists of four key components: The Program Manager has responsibility and accountability for providing high level management and direction for the overall operation of the Program including planning, development of human, physical and financial resources, and overseeing the delivery of multi-disciplinary services. They provide leadership and line management/supervision to staff in the Moroka Program.
