Company: Mercer Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Seattle, WA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Specifically we are seeking a detail-oriented renewals and benefits specialist to manage and support the annual renewal cycle of health care plans. Key tasks include conducting benefit plan evaluations, ensuring compliance operations, and providing training and development within the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with multiple carrier teams, managing complex benefit plans, delivering high-quality reports and thorough documentation to support client needs. Key Responsibilities: Renewals Management: Engage and collaborate with multiple carrier teams across medical, dental, pharmacy, vision, and health savings plans to renew a large portfolio of health care plans Lead weekly renewal status meetings with key stakeholders, including clients and third-party administrators.
