RGI, established in 1908, has the distinction of being recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States. Rogers Group is currently seeking a Sales & Market Development Representative – Asphalt to expand our market share in metro Nashville and across middle Tennessee with 7 asphalt plants. This position will report directly to the Vice President and will work closely with operations and sales leadership. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to grow third ‑ party asphalt sales while supporting broader market development and customer growth initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Grow company revenue and margins through disciplined sales execution across the territory. Maintain favorable and effective relationships with existing third ‑ party paving contractor customers.
