POSITION: The Leasing Associate will report to the Property Coordinator and will also support our Asset Managers and Property Managers. LOCATION: San Francisco, CA: DUTIES: Leasing & Tenant Relations: - Identify and engage prospective tenants through email marketing campaigns, cold calls, and other strategic marketing efforts. - Assist in drafting and negotiating lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly....
