AGCO is currently seeking a Durability Technician to join our Test Engineering team in Round Lake, MN. The Durability Technician will participate in the development and implementation of the product test programs. Additionally, the Durability Technician will work on testing any component of the AGCO products with design responsibility in Jackson, including planters, sprayers, tractors, and fertilizer spreaders. The Durability Technician will also contribute to the development of testing concepts, standards, facility improvements, and practices. Your Impact: Working hands-on with test equipment, Building and tearing down test fixtures. Running hydraulic hoses and electrical cables, Bolting steel to T-slot plates.
