Summary/Purpose To provide support for manufacturing daily operations by issuing items and controlling inventory levels. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: - Distribute and assist customers with storeroom items - Process the issuing, receiving, and replenishing of stockroom supplies - Verify the quantity, quality and location of supplies that are received, ordered, and transferred - Maintain and verify inventory accuracy by reviewing supplies that are issued, ordered, transferred and received daily. Make adjustments as needed based on the dollar amount. - Coordinate monthly, annual, and emergency facility maintenance service orders - Schedule maintenance repairs for forklifts and air systems as needed - Provide quotes from suppliers for the maintenance department - Register supplies as requested by the maintenance department - Process incoming and outgoing transfers from plant to plant - Maintain printers/computers for proper usage - Process Jig and Tool work orders - Prepare rework items for shipment - Run daily usage report - Process daily usage slips - Verify weekly procurement - Notify individuals to pick up special orders or transfers - Prepare and deliver line boxes to pr...
