Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization The position Manager Expense Management, is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global expense management processes. This role ensures compliance with company policies, provides input to the global expense policy, and collaborates closely with stakeholders across markets and functions. The manager acts as a subject matter expert for expense processes, supports S/4HANA and other process improvement projects, and monitors process performance to identify and address gaps. Key Responsibilities: Process & Policy: - Analyze, develop, and improve end-to-end expense management processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and user satisfaction. - Provide input and recommendations for updates to the global T&E policy, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements. - Monitor process performance, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance process effectiveness. - Maintain and update business process documentation for expense management.
