Description The NYU School of Professional Studies (NYU SPS) invites applications for a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in the graduate Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting (MSECOC) program within the Human Capital Management Department, Division of Programs in Business. The anticipated start term is fall 2026; the faculty rank will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape and grow a forward-looking graduate program focused on organizational consulting, culture transformation, and change leadership. The program’s applied orientation makes practical experience in senior HR, organizational development, consulting, or transformation roles particularly valuable. Candidates should have experience working with a wide range of professionals and have experience or evidence of the potential for success in teaching a broad population of students, including first generation students and international students.
