Your Impact As a Category Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving category growth through data-led insights and shopper understanding. You’ll translate complex data into compelling stories that inform strategy, enhance shopper experiences, and strengthen partnerships with key retail customers. Working across teams, you’ll help shape category direction and influence commercial outcomes. Key Accountabilities: - Analyse scan data, shopper insights, and internal sales performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities - Develop clear, actionable insights on category performance, shopper behaviour, and market dynamics - Support category reviews, range reviews, and joint business planning (JBP) processes - Assist in building fact-based selling stories for customer meetings and retailer engagements - Partner with Category Development Managers to identify opportunities across range, space, and promotions - Tailor insights and recommendations to align with individual retailer strategies and shoppers - Support planogram development and execute range and space optimisation initiatives - Monitor distribution, ranging compliance, and rate of sale performance -...
